Shipments

How do I check the status of my shipment?

Go to “my account” and click “orders” to check information about your order. When we send the shipment you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track its progress.

How long does delivery take?

The orders are processed from Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00 (GMT+1). Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 (GMT+1) are processed the following Monday.

*Shipments within Spain (including the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) We do not send shipments to the Canary Islands.


Express Delivery:

·Between 24 and 48 hours from the time the courier collects the shipment for deliveries within Spain*
·For shipments to other countries, delivery takes an extra 2 to 4 working days.


Standard Delivery:

·Spain: between 4 and 5 working days from the time shipments are picked up by the courier.

·European Union: approximately 5-15 days.

·Delivery to the rest of the world takes between 8 and20 days (excluding customs delays).


* To find out how long delivery will take to your country, select the products that interest you, add them to your cart and go to the payment page. You will be able to see the various delivery times to your country depending on the delivery method chosen.

*Customs tariffs and rulings:
Shipments outside the European Union may incur a tariff to enter the destination country, depending on the legislation of the country concerned. In these cases it is the owner of the shipment who pays the duties to the shipper or the relevant authorities. It is also the customer’s responsibility that the shipment contains the necessary information and is appropriate for passing through customs. If the shipment does not pass the frontier, it will be returned to the warehouse and payment will be refunded.
