2- Register and benefit from all the advantages of the on-line store. You only need an e-mail address and then choose the password you want. Oryou can buy as a guest. In both cases we will only ask you the information necessary to send you your order. 

3- Select the shipping type. 

4- Select a payment method. 

5- Make the payment.
When you finish your purchase we will send you a confirmation e-mail with all the order information. Please check that you have received the e-mail and that it has not been delivered to your SPAM folder.
You can get information about your current and previous orders by going to “my account”. You can access this section using the e-mail and password entered at the time of registration.
Send an email quoting the order number and the reason for cancellation as soon as possible. We will cancel the order and return the money using the same payment method used for the purchase.
We work with secure servers (SSL), making it impossible for third parties to access your data, your PayPal or credit card accounts. We are also registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency database, complying with the regulations, such as guaranteing and protecting your information from being used in any ways, except for those you have authorized.
All the available products are displayed on the website, which is synchronised with the stock. If the item you are looking for is not displayed in the on-line store, it means that it is out of stock. Please do not hesitate to contact us to get informed when a particular product will be available again.
Payment is made via a secure server (SSL). Your credit card information is sent directly to your bank via a secure, encrypted connection. 
All banks have their own security system: some request an additional password while others send out a secret code by SMS. Contact your bank for information about the procedure. 
Nobody at the MotoGP™ online store or on the Internet has access to your credit card data in any way, either during the payment or subsequently. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
PayPal enables payments to be sent and received securely and free of charge as long as you have an email address. By selecting "Pay with PayPal” you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you will be able to authorise the payment provided you have opened an account.
We refund the money using the same  payment method used in the purchase. The amount could take few days to appear in your credit card or PayPal account. If you have paid with bank transfer, you have to give us the details of your bank account in order to process the refund of the amount concerned.
You can return the products purchased within 15 days from the date of receiving the order and request a refund for the amount paid. Returns will only be accepted for articles that are in the same condition as delivered - as far as possible - and must have their original packaging and labelling.
  • Complete the online Return procedure by entering your account and clicking on "My orders". Click on the button "Return Product/s" next to your order code, and follow the instruction until your return has been correctly registered;
  • Print the Return form, and insert it inside the package. On the Return form, circle the option "Return".

Only for orders placed in Spain using our delivery company.
Go to “my account” and click “orders” to check information about your order. When we send the shipment you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track its progress.
The orders are processed from Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00 (GMT+1).
Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 (GMT+1) are processed the following Monday. 

Express Delivery: 

· For deliveries within Spain* between 24 and 48 hours from the time the courier collects the shipment.
· For shipments to other countries, delivery takes 2 to 4 working days. 

*Shipments within Spain (including the Balearic Islands). We do not send shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. 

Standard Delivery: 

· Spain: between 4 and 5 working days from the time shipments are picked up by the courier. 

· European Union: approximately 5-15 days. 

· Rest of the world takes between 8 and20 days (excluding customs delays). 


* To find out how long delivery will take to your country, select the products that interest you, add them to your cart and go to the payment page. You will be able to see the various delivery times to your country depending on the delivery method chosen. 

*Customs fees and rulings: 
Shipments outside the European Union may incur a tariff to enter the destination country, depending on the legislation of the country concerned. In these cases the owner of the shipment is in charge to pay the duties to the courier or the relevant authorities. The customer is also responsible of providing all the information necessary for the shipment and check if the pack is appropriate for passing through customs.
